Jillian Michaels Diet Tea Recipe
60 ounces of distilled or pure water
1 tablespoon of sugar free cranberry juice
1 dandelion root tea bag (can be hard to find, look in the health food section)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
1. Boil 8 oz of the water.
2. Steep the dandelion root tea bag in 8oz of the water
3. Pour tea into a 1/2 gallon pitcher or container
4. Add remaining water
5. Add cranberry and lemon juice
6. Drink this tea throughout the day

Karen's Notes: I do not drink cranberry juice on a regular basis, because 8 oz of no sugar added cranberry juice= 3 points. I would rather be chewing my points if you know what I mean.
When I buy a bottle of cranberry juice, and open to make this recipe, it goes bad before I use it all.
Groceries are far too expensive to waste. So, I came up with the following soulution to avoid waste: Pour the cranberry juice into ice cube trays, and freeze. Once froze, pop the cranberry cubes out and store in a ziploc bag in the freezer. Each individual cranberry ice cube is one tablesoon, which is perfect for this recipe.
